A private reflection engine

An AI that's read 30 days of you.

Track your habits, journals, dreams, weight, books, and goals. Let a private model learn from all of it. Get the question only you would get — every day.

Updated every morning.

LifeOS today view: nine habit cards in a grid, weight tracker, journal entry, dream journal, and scratch pad

The premise

Most habit trackers don't know who you are. This one does.

Generic productivity apps reduce you to streaks and checkmarks. Generic AI chatbots have no memory of your life. LifeOS sits in between: a quiet, structured place to record what's happening — and a model that's been reading along the whole time.

Every input you log feeds the same private context window. Habits, journal entries, dreams, weight, meditation minutes, what you're reading, what you're chasing. Thirty days of signal, refreshed daily, only ever about you.

Daily Dive · The magic loop

The question only you would get.

Each morning, an LLM reads your last thirty days and writes one personalized prompt. Not a generic question of the day — a question pulled from the specific texture of your recent life.

"You said yoga makes you sleep better. You haven't done it in nine days. What's actually in the way?"

  • Past Dives are remembered, then explicitly excluded from future prompts. The model never asks the same question twice.
  • You write a response. It's saved. It feeds tomorrow.
  • Browse old Dives as a journal of their own — questions you didn't know to ask yourself.

A journal of questions only you'd get.

AI Insights · The synthesis

Three patterns. Two suggestions. One reflection.

A separate daily synthesis across the same thirty-day window. Where the Dive asks; Insights observes — surfacing what you're too close to see.

  • Patterns — mood × habit correlations, recurring reading themes, gaps between stated goals and actual behavior.
  • Suggestions — concrete, today-shaped. Never generic.
  • Reflection — a short paragraph that connects the dots between your inputs.
  • Cached per day, refreshable on demand. Optional ElevenLabs TTS reads it aloud while you make coffee.

AI Context Export · Bring your own model

Your data, your model, your conversation.

One click exports the same fully-assembled prompt the app feeds its own LLM — habits, journal, dreams, dives, reading list, goals, countdown, bio — formatted as a single self-contained markdown document. Drop it into ChatGPT, Claude, or any other model. Have a longer conversation about your life without re-explaining yourself.

Inputs

The whole picture, not just checkmarks.

Eight first-class data sources. Each tracked with the care you'd want from a tool you actually open every day. Each fed into the same context window the AI reads.

Habits grid showing nine habit cards including Quality Sleep, Drink Water, Exercise (Yoga), Meditate, Journal, Read

Habits with sub-habits

An "Exercise" habit can branch into Yoga, Lifting, Running. Log the variant without splintering. Icons, custom order, descriptions that feed the AI.

Journal entries list with daily entries from Saturday April 25 through Monday April 27, 2026

Daily journal

One free-form entry per day. No templates, no character minimum, no streak shaming.

Dream journal entries

Dream journal

Separate entry, kept distinct from your waking journal so the patterns don't blur.

Reading list with books in shelf, reading, and read states

Reading list

Books move shelf → reading → read. Start/end dates, format, author, 1–5 rating.

Goals tracker with progress sliders

Goals

Personal goals with descriptions, due dates, and a 0–100% progress slider.

Meditation timer with session log

Meditation

Built-in timer logs every session. Total minutes and frequency surface in stats and AI context.

Weight tracking entries in pounds

Weight

One weigh-in per day. Charted alongside everything else.

Countdown card highlighted with surrounding content blurred: 47 days until Iceland Trip

Countdown event

Pin a single future date. Trip, milestone, deadline. A live "X days to go" the AI knows about.

The long view

Visualizations across every signal.

Habit completion rates, streaks, weight trend, meditation minutes, reading pace, journaling consistency, goal progress. The same data the AI reads, plotted for you.

Charts dashboard with four panels: current and longest streak with completion rate, monthly habit bar chart and per-habit progress, weight trend line, meditation session bar chart, plus a 12-week completion grid

Platform

The little stuff that makes it usable.

One more thing

Start feeding the model.

It works best after about a week. Becomes uncanny by day thirty.
