A private reflection engine
Track your habits, journals, dreams, weight, books, and goals. Let a private model learn from all of it. Get the question only you would get — every day.
The premise
Generic productivity apps reduce you to streaks and checkmarks. Generic AI chatbots have no memory of your life. LifeOS sits in between: a quiet, structured place to record what's happening — and a model that's been reading along the whole time.
Every input you log feeds the same private context window. Habits, journal entries, dreams, weight, meditation minutes, what you're reading, what you're chasing. Thirty days of signal, refreshed daily, only ever about you.
Daily Dive · The magic loop
Each morning, an LLM reads your last thirty days and writes one personalized prompt. Not a generic question of the day — a question pulled from the specific texture of your recent life.
"You said yoga makes you sleep better. You haven't done it in nine days. What's actually in the way?"
AI Insights · The synthesis
A separate daily synthesis across the same thirty-day window. Where the Dive asks; Insights observes — surfacing what you're too close to see.
AI Context Export · Bring your own model
One click exports the same fully-assembled prompt the app feeds its own LLM — habits, journal, dreams, dives, reading list, goals, countdown, bio — formatted as a single self-contained markdown document. Drop it into ChatGPT, Claude, or any other model. Have a longer conversation about your life without re-explaining yourself.

Inputs
Eight first-class data sources. Each tracked with the care you'd want from a tool you actually open every day. Each fed into the same context window the AI reads.

An "Exercise" habit can branch into Yoga, Lifting, Running. Log the variant without splintering. Icons, custom order, descriptions that feed the AI.

One free-form entry per day. No templates, no character minimum, no streak shaming.

Separate entry, kept distinct from your waking journal so the patterns don't blur.

Books move shelf → reading → read. Start/end dates, format, author, 1–5 rating.

Personal goals with descriptions, due dates, and a 0–100% progress slider.

Built-in timer logs every session. Total minutes and frequency surface in stats and AI context.

One weigh-in per day. Charted alongside everything else.

Pin a single future date. Trip, milestone, deadline. A live "X days to go" the AI knows about.
The long view
Habit completion rates, streaks, weight trend, meditation minutes, reading pace, journaling consistency, goal progress. The same data the AI reads, plotted for you.
Platform
One more thing
It works best after about a week. Becomes uncanny by day thirty.
